Initially I approached it by taking one crew member at a time, ranking them up from … WebbIf you hire a Harmless crew member, the percentage they make when fully ranked up is less than if you hired an Expert one. An Elite ranked crew member that you trained up from Harmless will cost 10% versus 15% if you rank someone from Expert to Elite. So, you save money is all.
