I would draw the minimum at the GTX 1060 3GB especially since it is so well below your budget but if you want to land in the middle the GTX 1070/1070ti or RTX 2060- RTW 2070 would do great. If in the USA the RTX 2060 would be my preferred over the GTX 1070 at this point.
