As to Code #21, it's an Air Temp Sensor Code and "it's a fake code" that can be deleted. At the time, some how I missed the second "number" column from your list. For example I was getting a 105 fault, which is an intermittent MAF fault in the OBD world. With the FiTech it is an intermittent O2 sensor fault.
