WebTo make sure its not caused by a mod, clean your mod folder out manually ( should be in the 'data' folder of the game's main directory ). Press the View button and then click on Servers. Select the LAN tab. DIsconnect any servers you are inadvertently running and close the window. Restart Steam. Run Total War: Warhammer 3. All players that try this tweak reported being able to host and play multiplayer games afterward without any other issues.

We tried to join other peoples random games that didn't have passwords and could join fine. So we tried it with each other and it worked. So i hope this also helps you guys.
